Proprietary Properties¶
Many BACnet vendors define non-standard (proprietary) properties on their objects. NF can be configured to discover and trend these properties alongside standard ones.
Configuration¶
In Settings > BACnet > Proprietary Properties, define mappings for vendor-specific properties:

| Vendor ID | BACnet vendor identifier |
| Object type | Which object types have this property |
| Property ID | Numeric property identifier (512+) |
| Units | Engineering units for the property |
| Type | Attribute (stored as point metadata) or Value (trended as time-series data) |
Once configured, the discovery and polling systems will read these properties from matching objects automatically.
